When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed after our team confirms the cancellation or receives the returned goods. It may then take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account .
Taxes & Fees
Will I be charged any taxes?
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. In the event that customs detains goods due to a request for a low declared value by the buyer, the seller will not be held responsible for compensation. For orders shipped to European countries and Canada, customs duties will be collected upfront to expedite customs clearance. After placing an order, the seller will send a payment request for any applicable tariffs.
