Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email from furrycircle@163.com containing a tracking link and tracking number, so you can easily follow your package’s progress online.
Please note that once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted while it is in transit.
Our standard logistics providers include Yanwen, YunExpress, 4PX, and SF Express, Cainiao. If you prefer faster shipping options such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, please contact our customer service team to arrange an upgrade. Please note that extra fees may be required.
Customs and Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. In the event that customs detains goods due to a request for a low declared value by the buyer, the seller will not be held responsible for compensation. For orders shipped to European countries and Canada, customs duties will be collected upfront to expedite customs clearance. After placing an order, the seller will send a payment request for any applicable tariffs.
